The Flumpadumps are a lovable bunch of colourful, furry friends who live in Flumpadump World, a magical place where discarded things are given a new life and every day brings a new adventure!
Grandpapa, Nibble, Zigzag, Twirlo and Pip each have their own special personality, but they all share a love of creativity, friendship, helping others and caring for their world.
Through their funny adventures, little problems and exciting discoveries, the Flumpadumps inspire children to use their imagination, try new things and discover just how wonderfully creative they can be.
And at Flumpadump World Art School, every adventure leads to something exciting to make, create and take home!

🌟 The Night Flumpadump World Stopped Glowing
The Adventure:
One evening, something very strange happens in Flumpadump World.
Usually, when the sun goes down, the village comes alive with twinkling flowers, glowing bugs, sparkling mushrooms and magical patterns hidden among the old treasures.
But tonight...
nothing is glowing!
Nibble, Zigzag, Twirlo and Pip set off with Grandpapa to discover where all the glow has gone.
Along the way, they find mysterious marks and patterns that can only be seen under a special light. Each clue takes them closer to discovering what happened.
Eventually, the Flumpadumps realise that they'll need the children's help to bring the glow back to Flumpadump World!

Where every art class begins with an adventure!
Flumpadump World Art School is a fun and imaginative mobile art programme bringing creative art and craft classes directly to schools, crèches, Montessori settings and other educational groups.
Created by Imagination Station, our classes combine storytelling, creativity and hands-on art to give children an experience that is much more than an ordinary craft class.
An Adventure... Then We Create!
Every class begins with a short Flumpadump World adventure featuring our lovable Flumpadump characters.
Each adventure is specially connected to the art project the children are about to create. The story introduces the theme, sparks their imagination and gets them excited about what they are going to make.
Then it's time to create!
Children explore different materials, colours, textures and techniques while making their own wonderful piece of art to proudly take home.
We Come to You!
There's no need to organise buses or take children off-site. Flumpadump World Art School comes directly to your school, crèche or Montessori.
We bring the art materials, project ideas, Flumpadump adventure and creativity – you simply provide the children and a suitable space!

Flumpadump World Art School is created and delivered through Imagination Station, Sallins, Co. Kildare, a dedicated children's art and creativity centre.
Founder Martina Shannon has over 30 years' teaching experience and holds an Honours Bachelor's Degree in Textile Art, Artefact and Design.
Through Imagination Station, Martina has developed and delivered a huge variety of creative workshops, art classes, camps, school activities and community art projects, with a strong emphasis on encouraging children to use their own imagination rather than simply copying a finished example.
